At our newly established, state-supported Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Caloundra, we pride ourselves on providing a unique opportunity to practice high-acuity, hands-on procedural medicine within a structured, well-supported environment free from traditional hospital politics.
You'll join a tight-knit, hardworking team that includes 1 lead doctor, 1 skilled practice nurse, and 1 front-of-house receptionist.

We're looking for an experienced VR GP or Rural Generalist with an interest in urgent care to join us in a fantastic, sun-soaked location.

This role allows you to deliver timely, walk-in care that directly relieves pressure on busy regional emergency departments.

· Flexibility: Tailor your schedule to suit your lifestyle, with capacity ranging from part-time up to a full 1.0 FTE, including a degree of flexibility in your hours if required.
Skills Experience: · Registration: Current registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA.
FRACGP/FACRRM essential.
· Clinical Readiness: Demonstrated experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, general practice, or a related acute setting.
· Mandatory: Current Advanced Life Support Level 1 (ALS1) certification.
· Desirable: Advanced Life Support Level 2 (ALS2) certification.
