Flexible event labour roles available throughout **** Work with a diverse range of events across Victoria Great opportunity for casual and part-time work EVENT LABOURERS – EVENT EXPO DISPLAY BUILDS **** EVENT SEASON IS ABOUT TO KICK OFF!
We're gearing up for a busy event season from September **** through to March **** and are looking for reliable, energetic Event Labourers to join our team!
Experience working in the expo space, particularly building and dismantling exhibition stands and displays, will be highly advantageous.
About the Role You'll be assisting with event and expo bump-ins and bump-outs across a variety of venues.
This role will involve setting up and dismantling event infrastructure, displays and equipment.
Bump-outs will typically take place on weekends.
Shifts are available Monday through Sunday , including Day, Afternoon and Night shifts .
Please note that shifts can be sporadic , depending on event schedules.
What You'll Be Doing Building and dismantling expo stands, displays and exhibition structures Assisting with event and expo bump-ins and bump-outs Setting up seating, barriers, drapes and flooring Moving and positioning event equipment and materials General manual handling and labouring duties Working as part of a team to ensure events are completed safely and efficiently What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will: Have Expo/Event Experience: Previous experience working in the expo space,



particularly building, installing and dismantling displays, exhibition stands or booths , is highly advantageous.
Be physically fit: Comfortable performing manual labour and being on your feet for extended periods.
Be flexible and available: While rosters are provided, last-minute requirements can arise, so you must be available to work on short notice when required.
Have reliable transport: A valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is highly desirable, as work may be across different locations.
Communicate clearly: Able to understand and follow instructions effectively.
Have strong attention to detail: Ensuring displays and event setups are completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.
White Card/Forklift Licence: A current White Card and/or Forklift Licence with a minimum of 1 year's experience will be highly regarded.
Pay Rates $35 – $50 per hour , depending on the shift worked.
