You'll lead clinical practice, mentor others, and help shape innovative models of care through collaboration and improvement.
• Lead occupational therapy services and clinical practice • Manage daily service delivery, coordination and priorities • Provide expert assessment and therapeutic interventions to support complex discharge planning • Mentor staff and support student clinical education • Drive quality improvement and research activities • Build partnerships across multidisciplinary teams • Contribute to care models and patient pathways • Advocate for best practice and improved outcomes About You You're an experienced Occupational Therapist with strong clinical skills and a passion for improving outcomes.
You'll bring specialist knowledge, leadership capability and a commitment to evidence-based practice, teamwork and continuous improvement.
