A growing real estate group in South West Sydney has recently acquired a new rent roll and is looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership, build strong relationships and help shape the portfolio as it grows.

You'll have a dedicated Junior Property Manager and Virtual Assistant supporting you, giving you the space to focus on what you do best — managing your clients, building relationships and delivering great results.

You'll take ownership of your portfolio from A–Z, including:



Managing your portfolio of ******* properties Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships Managing arrears and lease renewals Issuing notices and breach notices Handling day-to-day tenancy matters Managing NCAT when required Meeting with owners and tenants onsite when needed Working closely with your support team to keep everything running smoothly Who are we looking for?
You don't need to be a superstar on paper — we're looking for someone who knows property management, takes ownership and genuinely cares about their clients.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio Strong knowledge of the end-to-end property management process Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and challenging situations A proactive, organised approach Ambition to take the next step into leadership To Apply Please call Vanessa Necovski on ********** for more information or email your CV to ******.
