About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day administrative operations at our Rocklea head office.
This is a key leadership support role responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of all office systems, resources, and administrative personnel, supporting our national fresh produce operations.
Key Responsibilities Contributing to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and office service standards to support the needs of a fast-paced national fresh food business Allocating human resources, office space, and equipment to maximise operational efficiency across administrative functions Assigning work to administrative and clerical staff, monitoring work performance, and providing day-to-day supervision and guidance Managing office records, accounts, and administrative documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility Liaising with senior management, department heads,



and external professionals to coordinate office business and facilitate timely resolution of administrative problems Ensuring all office equipment, technology systems, and facilities are properly maintained and operational Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across the office environment Ensuring all office work complies with relevant government legislation, company policies, and internal procedures Coordinating personnel-related administrative activities including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management processes, payroll coordination, training arrangements, and staff supervision About You Bachelor's degree or higher Minimum 3 years of experience in an office management or senior administrative role, with demonstrated responsibility for coordinating office functions and supervising staff Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment Proven experience managing office records, accounts, and administrative systems Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and office compliance obligations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with management, staff, and external stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with office management software and systems Demonstrated ability to assign work, monitor performance, and support a positive and productive team culture
