CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join our clients on a range of major civil infrastructure and earthworks projects across the Sunshine Coast .
We have multiple positions available for skilled operators looking for consistent, ongoing work with reputable civil contractors.
These roles offer Monday to Friday work , with occasional Saturdays, ***** hour shifts , competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to transition into long-term or permanent employment for reliable, safety-focused operators.

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking operators experienced (but not limited to) operating: Moxy's Compactors Graders Rollers Front end loaders HR Watercarts Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 years experience working within a civil construction environment Blue/White Construction card Current Drivers license and own reliable transport RII Machine Operating tickets Physically Fit Hardworking, reliable, presentable and punctual What We Can Offer: Highly competitive pay rates | $44/hr - $50/hr + Penalties (dependent on position, client and experience)
