Permanent, Mon-Fri, 7am-4/4:30pm (some flexibility) Vehicle, laptop, phone and tooling supplied Mix of field work, workshop and team leadership Lead a technician and 2 apprentices Upskilling across a range of equipment 9-day fortnight after probation The Duties A blend of tools-on work and team leadership, keeping the workshop and field jobs running smoothly.
Servicing, PM work and component change-outs Fault finding and diagnostics, field and workshop Hydraulic and electrical repairs Mentoring the technician and apprentices Managing workflow and job scheduling Overseeing workshop standards Warranty work and documentation Client liaison on-site What You'll Need Someone ready to lead while staying across the tools,



with an eye for keeping the team on track.
Trade qualified in LV or HD mechanics Prior supervisory or leading hand experience Strong mechanical knowledge, some hydraulics/electrical Comfortable leading a small team Good customer service skills Solid computer skills for admin/scheduling The Company An established national brand in the forklift and access equipment space, backed by decades in the industry.
