HR Coordinator – Temporary Parramatta | $40–$43ph + Super | Immediate Start Are you an experienced HR Coordinator available immediately and looking for a hands-on temporary assignment?
Elements Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation in Parramatta seeking an HR skilled to step into a busy HR function and provide seamless cover during a period of annual leave.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident managing day-to-day HR administration, and can quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment.
The Role Working closely with a supportive HR team, you'll take ownership of a broad range of coordination and administrative activities, including: Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding Preparing termination documentation, employment letters and HR correspondence Maintaining employee records and visa information Supporting regular HR reporting and administration Assisting with basic talent and recruitment activities Managing HR inbox queries and employee requests Maintaining accurate information across HR systems Using ELMO and Microsoft 365 to support day-to-day HR operations About You We're looking for someone who can step in quickly and confidently.
You'll ideally bring:



Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar Strong HR administration and organisational capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence working in a high-volume environment with competing priorities Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Experience using ELMO highly regarded The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team member The Details Rate: $40–$43 per hour + super Location: Parramatta Hours: 9am–5pm Immediate Start If you're an HR all-rounder who enjoys being hands-on, can build rapport quickly and is ready to step into an immediate temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
