You'll have an allocated run across a variety of sites including Commercial sites, Offices, Retail etc, providing Service, Maintenance and Breakdowns.Job DescriptionWhat will you do?
Regular testing and maintenance of fire alarm and detection systemsInstallation, programming & commissioning of fire alarm & detection systems where requiredPerforming on site callouts with proven field service experience & ability to troubleshoot, test and repair.Communicate and engage with clients and other Grosvenor employeesIdentify issues and non-conformancesBuild solid team and client relationshipsCommunicate clearly with clients and other Grosvenor employeesCapitalise on the maintenance contract work by being vigilant for any potential repairs,



upgrades, refurbs and new business opportunitiesDesired Skills and ExperienceSo what do we need?
Trade qualification as an Electrician would be preferred but not essentialCurrent open cabling license , driver's license and white cardHands on experience with fire electrical repairs, testing emergency breakdowns, maintenance and installations within a commercial spaceConfidence with computers and software including mobile appsHighly developed communication skills , professional attitude and great personal presentationCuriosity – someone who enjoys autonomy as well as working within a team, and a proactive self-starterProven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on qualityEAHL preferred but not requiredExperience in the programming of FIPs highly desirableCert II in Fire Protection (optional)FPAS Accreditation (optional)What's in it for you?
