We are looking for passionate and experienced Sessional Trainers with a background in disability services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals.
As a trainer, you'll bring your real-world experience into the classroom, helping learners build confidence, capability, and a genuine connection to the work they do.
You'll join Activ Pathways, one of genU's two Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
While genU Training and Activ Pathways operate separately, both share a common goal: empowering people through learning and skills development.
Current training opportunities are available in: Geraldton Albany Merredin Surrounding regional communities As our delivery footprint grows, opportunities may expand into additional locations across WA.
Whether you're based in Perth, Geraldton, Albany, Merredin - or another regional WA community - we'd love to hear from you What you'll do As a Sessional Trainer, you will empower learners to expand their skills and knowledge in the disability sector.
In this role, you will: Deliver CHC***** Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) Facilitate engaging training across face-to-face and online environments Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including recent entrants and experienced support workers Bring industry insights into your sessions to create practical,



job-ready learning Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and learner experience What you'll bring TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - essential Relevant qualification in individual support or disability Strong, current experience in the disability sector Confident facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners Experience delivering training both in-person and online (You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
