Support at Home Operations Manager - Queensland New South Wales Lead an established team that cares about clients—and each other $150,000 + 12% super + salary packaging + fully maintained motor vehicle for business and personal use.
Based at Upper Mt Gravatt / Office Based role.
Alzheimer's Queensland (AQ) is seeking an experienced community aged care leader to oversee our Support at Home operations across Queensland and New South Wales.
Reporting to the State Manager – Qld NSW, you will lead a team of Client Relations Managers and hold overarching responsibility for client outcomes, service quality, budgets, compliance, operational performance and growth.
You will join a collaborative team that shares knowledge, supports one another and remains focused on helping older people stay well, independent and engaged at home.
You will also work closely with our Finance, People Culture and Clinical Governance teams to deliver coordinated, sustainable and high-quality services.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role.
When a Client Relations Manager is absent or on leave, you must be willing and able to step in, manage their client portfolio and maintain continuity of service.
What you will do Lead, coach and develop Client Relations Managers across two states.
Create a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork and responsive service.
Oversee client budgets, utilisation, revenue and operational performance.
Partner with your team to strengthen budgeting, reporting and financial sustainability.
Work with People Culture on workforce planning, performance, capability and engagement.
Collaborate with Clinical Governance to manage quality, compliance, clinical risk and continuous improvement.
Monitor client outcomes, complaints, incidents and emerging risks.
Improve systems, service efficiency and consistency.
Support sustainable service growth across Queensland and New South Wales.
Provide temporary client portfolio coverage when required.
What you will bring Significant leadership experience in Support at Home, Home Care Packages or community aged care.
Experience leading managers or geographically dispersed teams.
Strong knowledge of Support at Home funding, individual budgets and regulatory requirements.
Proven financial, operational and performance-management capability.
Recent experience managing client portfolios, care plans and service coordination.
The ability to build effective relationships across operational and corporate teams.
An approachable leadership style with the confidence to set clear expectations.
A current driver's licence, unrestricted working rights and the ability to travel interstate.
