An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technology Trainer to join our Melbourne office.
Reporting to our Technology Training Manager and working closely with our People & Development team, you will design and deliver engaging technology learning programs that support capability development and technology adoption across the firm.This role will suit a proactive and cooperative learning professional who enjoys creating practical learning solutions, delivering training and helping people build confidence in the technologies they use every day.

communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions and digital learning contentAdvanced Microsoft 365 skills and experience with learning technologiesStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA collaborative, customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvementA strong interest in AI and emerging technologiesThe following will be highly regarded, but are not essential:Qualifications in learning and development, instructional design or adult educationCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentFamiliarity with legal or professional services systems, such as iManage or AderantAbout usWe're passionate about what we do and want you to be too.We're one of Australia's leading law firms, recognised nationally for our legal expertise across insurance, commercial, workplace and government matters.
