They have built a robust reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects supported by in-house civil and electrical capabilities.
Job Description Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate cost overruns.
Lead end-to-end tender submissions from initial enquiry through to contract award.
Develop tender strategies, methodologies and submission programmes.
Prepare detailed first-principles estimates, quantity take-offs and pricing models.
Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
Collaborate with project, engineering and operational teams throughout the tender lifecycle.
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to estimating best practice.
Facilitate project handovers and provide commercial support during delivery.
The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator should have:



A practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
8+ years' estimating experience within electrical, utilities, infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.
Proven track record delivering complex construction tenders valued above $1M.
Strong first-principles estimating and cost-planning capability.
Sound understanding of subcontractor procurement and market pricing.
Strong commercial acumen with experience assessing project risk and contracts.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
Experience in HV substations, transmission, ASP, BESS or renewable infrastructure highly regarded.
