In this role you will work on a Monday to Friday roster and finish earlier on the Friday.Key responsibilities:Providing timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle.Supporting recruitment,



onboarding and workforce administration activities.Responding to HR queries and providing guidance aligned with company policies and employment legislation.Supporting the management of employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.Coaching frontline leaders on people management practices and HR processes.Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation within SuccessFactors.Preparing HR communications, reports and documentation as required.Supporting HR initiatives including EBA implementation, remuneration framework work, and workforce planning activities.Contributing to HR projects and site initiatives that support culture, engagement, and operational effectiveness.Working closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent and effective HR support across the site.Skills and experience:Solid administrative and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and organisationAbility to prioritise and work through a high volume of tasksRecruitment, HR Officer, or HR admin experience is idealProficient experience with Microsoft office and SuccessFactors softwareCBMStandard 11Current DL
