An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced IT SAP EWM Business Analyst to join a large-scale business transformation and ERP enhancement program.
This role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive SAP EWM initiatives, improve warehouse operations, and deliver business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational and technology needs across SAP ERP platforms, including SAP EWM, S/4HANA, and ECC.
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and support solution assessments.
Develop user stories, requirements traceability matrices (RTM), and process documentation.
Support SAP EWM integration design, master data activities, testing, and validation processes.
Drive end-to-end UAT planning, test script development, test data preparation, and execution support.
Collaborate with business, technical teams,



and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and business value realization.
Key Deliverables Warehouse end-to-end process mapping EWM User Requirements Specifications (URS) Requirements framework development Fit-Gap Analysis Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) EWM integration and design support Data governance contributions Risk and impact assessments End-to-end UAT scenarios and test scripts Project documentation and stakeholder engagement activities Skills Experience 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience delivering business and technology change initiatives.
Strong SAP EWM implementation and functional knowledge.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional project teams.
Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is advantageous.
Experience within regulated or complex global environments is highly desirable.
