About the Role The State Retail Manager is a critical senior leadership role responsible for shaping and accelerating the performance of the retail network across NSW.
Accountable for full P L ownership this role brings strategy to life through exceptional people leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on commercial outcomes.
This is a role for a forward-thinking, hands-on leader who builds high-performing teams, drives consistent standards across a multi-site network, and creates a culture where accountability and development go hand in hand.
You'll translate national priorities into clear local plans, identify growth opportunities, and lead change with pace and purpose.
