Our Project : We are recruiting HSE Advisors and Senior HSE Advisors to join our growing operations teams at an iconic FRP / Tunnel infrastructure project in NSW.
These are permanent roles on a long-term iconic project working on a 2/1 FIFO roster.
Reporting to the Project Manager, our autonomous experienced field HSE Advisors and Senior HSE Advisors are responsible for supporting the project to successfully implement the HSE management system and programs to achieve a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment.
Essentially, we are seeking safety individuals who will actively coach workers to promote a positive culture on site.




About you Demonstrated experience working for a Civil Contractor on High-Risk Civil projects in either a DIDO or FIFO capacity Underground tunnel and/or large scale FRP (Form Reo Pour) project experience – Highly desirable Experience in Nightshift operations and flexibility to work nightshift - A must Formal OSH Qualifications such as Cert IV or Diploma is preferred Cert 4 in Training and Assessment - Preferred Self-starter with ability to communicate with all stakeholder levels What we offer: Whittens are committed to investing in our people, offering learning and development opportunities to build on the skills and experience you bring.
