We are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and supporting dancers at every stage of their journey.About the RoleThe Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership position within the retail department, working in close partnership with the Store Manager to maintain operational excellence, build community relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong store performance and a positive team culture.In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is expected to independently manage the store whilst maintaining the same high standards of leadership and operational alignment.Based at our Energetiks store in Croydon NSW, this is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who is passionate about dance and enjoys leading a high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesWork in partnership with the Store Manager to:Create and maintain a high level of customer service and workplace cultureCoach, develop and motivate your teamDrive store performance and growth to achieve KPIsBuild strong relationships with local dance schools,



teachers and communityOffice administration, rostering, planning and reportingEnsure a proactive approach to store operations, stock management and presentationMaintain company policies and proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Availability to work part-time on both weekdays and weekendsA background in dance, including previous experience with classical balletConfident coaching and leading people, management experience an advantageStrong administrative skills and confidence with computer systemsExcellent time management and organisational skillsAn enthusiastic, positive and customer focused approach with a genuine passion for danceWhy Join Energetiks?
