This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced community clinician to take the next step in their nursing career.About the role:As aClinical Nurse Consultantin our team, you will overseea Networkproviding high quality nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to clinical and non-clinical staff supporting excellence in client outcomes.The Clinical Nurse Consultant works collaboratively with operational leads, Care Governance and Quality team and the Clinical Education Team supporting the highest level of care delivery.
You will ensure care is consistent with the mission ofBlueCareand current best practice that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals tomaintaintheir independence and remain within their home in the community.
A typical day in the role will see you:Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders providinghigh standardsof leadership and expert clinical advice relating to complex clinical care issuesSupport the delivery of education to the wider team undertaking a wide array of clinical procedures and complex care needsAnalyse key clinical metrics and trends including incidents,identifyingand implementing quality improvement initiatives and outcomes working collaboratively with multiple stakeholdersImplementing and supporting innovative ways of working to support the wider nursing and care service delivery including meeting operational targets ensuring the financial sustainability of the organisationRole requirements:Bachelor of Nursing,
