Currently seeking a CNC Machinist, you will be immersed in precision machining and manufacturing processes, contributing to many diverse projects and innovative solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:Programming/setting and operating various CNC machines for production of specialised metal componentsUnderstanding and reading technical drawings and specificationsPerforming inspections to ensure conformanceReviewing CAM‐generated toolpaths and optimising cycle timesTroubleshooting machine issues, tool wear and alarmsCollaborating with production supervisor and staff to improve workflowMaintaining tight tolerancesUsing and understanding precision measuring tools (e.g. micrometres, vernier calipers and other CMM equipment) to verify accuracy and qualityYour Skills and Experience (preferred but not essential)Australian recognised Trade Qualification as a First‐Class MachinistCNC operator and programmer with over 3 years of experienceProgramming experience with SolidWorks softwareProgramming experience with ESPRIT or similar softwareExperience with DMG MORI 5‐axis machines or similarCompetitive salary based on experienceProfit share based on performanceSecure and reliable workplaceUniform, safety gear and necessary tools providedClose to public transportOnsite carpark38 hour weekCore hours: 6am – 3:30pm (flexible to suit you)N.B. You must hold full, unrestricted and ongoing rights to work in Australia to be eligible for this role.
