OverviewA relief management role for a well-supported motel requiring an experienced, qualified, organized, friendly and customer-focused individual or couple to oversee the property.Relief Management Couple is required to cover the period from 3 August to 30 September **** with the possibility of extension.
Accommodation is included.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the motel to ensure a smooth guest experience.Assist with housekeeping tasks: wash, dry and fold towels, bath mats, hand towels, rags and pillowcases on site; support stripping rooms, removing dirty linen, placing clean linen in rooms and removing rubbish.Carry out standard motel reception duties.Check and clean the pool daily; note that a professional pool technician attends weekly in Summer and every three weeks in the off-season.Maintain the BBQ area and all common areas in a clean,



tidy and welcoming condition.Oversee gardens/grounds maintained by a professional gardener and carry out minor maintenance repairs where practical.No food service (breakfasts or dinners) and no pets on site.Qualifications and ExperienceGuestpoint FOS experience is required.Experience in motel/ accommodation management or supervisory roles is preferred.Strong organizational, frontline guest service and hands-on operational skills.Benefits and ConditionsAccommodation included.Role runs from 3 August to 30 September ****, with possibility of extension.Support from motel owners during relief period.No food service responsibilities and no pet policy apply.
