Known for personalised service and expert market insights, they work closely with top developers to deliver compelling, results-driven marketing campaigns.Due to continued growth across their portfolio, they are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution across multiple projects.The Role:Reporting to the Directors, this is a senior, hands-on Marketing Manager role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of project marketing across a diverse residential apartment portfolio.This role will suit an experienced property marketing skilled who is equally comfortable setting strategy, managing budgets, and rolling up their sleeves to coordinate agencies, stakeholders and sales teams.
You will act as the central point of contact across creative, digital and media partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and on budget.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies across residential projects from launch to sell-outManage end-to-end campaigns and keep multiple external agencies (creative, digital, media) on track and on brand.Manage full project marketing budgets,
