This is an exciting chance for an experienced retail leader who is ready to take the next step into a multi-site management career.
Working closely with an experienced Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of regional leadership while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence required to successfully lead a portfolio of stores.
You will play a key role in supporting store performance, coaching teams, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Area Sales Manager in driving sales performance and achieving regional targetsPartner with Store Managers to enhance team performance, customer experience and operational standardsAssist in coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders across the regionMonitor store KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales and productivitySupport recruitment,
