This company boast a versatile working environment, supportive management and a great culture.Overseeing a team, your role will include (however not be limited to);Oversight and accountability for both local and overseas team deliverablesPrepare and present training on unit pricingCalculate and review unit prices for portfolios and trustReview of unit prices for managed investment funds, private equity funds and listed investment companies including corporate actionsDevelopment and training of staff, including performance managementTraining and guidance across Governance & RiskDetailed review of distributable income calculations for managed investment funds and liaising with external tax partiesResearch and analyse legislative requirements,



updating policies and procedures as requiredEffectively limit risk exposureProject work such as system implementations / upgradesReview of general and special purpose accountsPlay an active role in the on boarding of new clientsImplementation of client change requestsYou will be an accomplished finance professional, with a number of years experience within a fund accounting environment, preferably with an administrator, custodian or fund manager.It is essential that you have worked in a role taking full responsibility for staff management including performance management, recruitment, induction, setting KPIs, assigning tasks.You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be looking for a role based in Parramatta.
