This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll manage recruitment delivery while growing accounts and building long-term client relationships.Key responsibilities include:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidatesConduct client site visits and develop ongoing partnershipsManage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent rolesScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality placementsCoordinate and deliver high-volume/bulk recruitment campaignsMaintain talent pipelines and proactively source current candidatesGrow revenue through account expansion and business developmentNegotiate rates and terms with clientsEnsure compliance with industry, safety,
