You will be the driving force on a live site; overseeing every aspect of operations, supported by a dedicated and results-driven team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all on-site operations from mobilisation through to practical completionImplement and monitor Defence protocols within a live siteCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and programme adherenceEnsure compliance with WHSE requirements, quality standards and contractual obligationsProactively identify and resolve site issues before they become problemsManage site logistics, programming and sequencing of worksMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional site conductOversee quality control, inspections and defect managementWork collaboratively with Project Manager and Contract Administrator to support procurement, variations and project reportingFoster a positive, productive site culture that reflects Jordi Construct's valuesAbout YouProven experience as a Site Manager in construction,
