Backed by an established delivery network and a dedicated fleet, they are committed to maintaining high standards across every stage of the customer journey, with quality, efficiency, and reliability at the centre of everything they do.Key ResponsibilitiesThe daily load and route plan for all channel deliveries is executed.Direct the Independent Contractors in their execution of the daily load and route plan.Ensure permanently placed fleet vehicles are on site.Abide by the predetermined daily load quantities for Independent Contractors.
Monitor daily loads to ensure service delivery to clients.Ensure the data completion of all loads 'live' in FMS and PC Despatch.Ensure all issues are dealt with immediately and a solution found as they arise.Control and monitor the daily and weekly revenue plan.Compile all relevant required paperwork from previous day and ensure data is entered.Communicate all delivery/pickup issues with Contractual Clients and other customers.Perform the Fatigue Management audit requirements,Immediately report any incidents accidents or non-conformance to Management.Chase up any outstanding Toolbox/ Safety Bulletins to achieve a weekly 100% targetContact potential drivers and ensure all requirements are met to commence with the companyComplete all KPI reports as requiredAfter hours contact for end of day unfinished routes.Assist in all areas in your work workplace.Participate in regular Company and Independent Contractor meetings.Ideal CandidateWilling and able to follow processes & proceduresGeographical knowledge and road systemTransport Allocator experienceStrong customer service skillsAttention to detailAble to see impacts or knock on effects during problem solving,Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Preferably ExcelStrong interpersonal communication skillsTime management & able to prioritiseCritical thinkingManage and develop company relationships,Promote a continuous improvement cultureResilience under pressurePromote a culture of inclusion and empowermentMust be able to display a high level of confidence honesty and integrityAble to be flexible and agile if problems arise throughout the day,Listen and take on instructionReady to Make the Move?
