Please note this is in the Newcastle / Maitland region – not in close proximity to Sydney.ResponsibilitiesBe aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed themExecute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectationsExecute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‐Store Communication standardsProcess merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floorRepresent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful wayQualificationsStrong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of successMotivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environmentPassion for sport and ability to thrive in a team environmentLegal right to work in Australia is required
