and ongoing engagementMonitor provider performance and support continuous improvement initiativesReview partnership referral requests and assess suitabilityMaintain provider databases and update internal teams on clinician availabilityManage and resolve complaints and complex provider issues, act as an escalation point for complex outreach program mattersMaintain a small clinical caseload as negotiated with managementParticipate in community engagement, program evaluation, and quality improvement activitiesMaintain skilled registration through ongoing CPD and clinical supervisionMandatory Requirements:Qualifications as a registered Psychologist / Provisional Psychologist / Mental Health Occupational Therapist / Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration, OR Social Worker with membership of the Australian Association Social Workers (AASW) on commencement OR Counselling qualification and registration with ACA at Level 4Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance must be obtained prior to commencement.As this role is within a Federal Government department it is a required to be an Australian Citizen at time of commencementNationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) & the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance by completing a Pre-commencement Security Check (PCSC).
