Here's What You'll Need
Qualifications in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics or similar areas
Experience in deploying AI solutions in analytics‐enabled digital transformations
Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Experience designing and implementing data & AI solutions
Direct experience owning or leading a project engagement to achieve successful outcomes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to actively engage with clients
Ability to identify opportunities and deliver programs that enhance business processes using data
Driving the adoption of responsible, ethical, regulatory – and sustainable practices in the development and deployment of AI systems
Proactive awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and innovations with data & AI and their implications for specific industries
Industry exposure: Public Sector, Health, Banking, Telco, Insurance, Financial Services or Resources (Mining, Utilities)
Understanding of industry‐specific challenges, regulatory considerations, and trends
Progressive expertise in R and/or Python (other scientific languages are advantageous)
Due to the nature of the work,



candidates may need valid working rights within Australia (citizenship or permanent residency)
Bonus Points if You Have
Demonstrated experience within management consulting and the ability to effectively advise clients on AI‐specific solutions
Understanding of statistical and mathematical knowledge, tools and techniques to derive insights from data
