Highly regarded SA Business is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and support their payroll function.
This is a pivotal role to not only lead & support the payroll function, but to also drive system efficiencies and champion continuous process improvement.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the payroll processing lifecycle.Oversee and approve payroll on a fortnightly basis, ensuring that all employees are paid in accordance with their employment agreements, including superannuation, entitlements, and taxes.Ensure the payroll team are skilled in every facet of their job and help upskill in areas of deficiency.Manage and optimise payroll processing ensuring all controls, user guides,
