About the RoleThe Regatta Hotel is looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead The Boatshed, our premium dining restaurant within one of Brisbane's most iconic hospitality venues.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, loves delivering exceptional guest experiences, and knows how to build high‐performing teams.As Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of the day‐to‐day operations of The Boatshed, leading the front‐of‐house team and working closely with the Venue Manager and kitchen leadership to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
