Responsibilities
Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer information and data entry
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt service
Providing a skilled and friendly customer experience
Qualifications
Previous customer service and/or administration experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
A positive, team‐focused attitude
Business Development Representative
Brisbane CBD | $*****‐$***** per hour | Temp‐to‐Perm
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting clients, building long‐term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business.
Responsibilities
Developing new business opportunities
Managing and growing existing customer accounts




Conducting client visits and presentations
Building strong relationships with customers
Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
Monitoring market opportunities and industry trends
Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales or account management
Strong relationship‐building skills
Confidence working both over the phone and face‐to‐face
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
A self‐motivated and professional approach
Experience in waste management, logistics, construction or related industries (highly regarded)
