We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join a leading mining organisation supporting a portfolio of sustaining capital and growth projects across their operations.
This role will initially be Perth based transitioning to a 4/3 FIFO site roster from August.In this role, you will provide end-to-end technical and project delivery support across electrical engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.You will be involved across all phases of project delivery, from concept and scoping through to execution and commissioning, contributing to solid governance, cost control, and schedule performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical input and develop, review, and manage scopes of workSupport delivery of electrical engineering projects from concept through to commissioningCoordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and site teamsManage and support project controls including risks, variations, TQs, RFIs,



and action registersMonitor and report on cost, schedule, and quality performanceAssist with preparation and administration of tender and contract documentationSupport contractor management and site-based construction activitiesContribute to capital cost estimates and commercial reporting requirementsEnsure full compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractorsSkills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical EngineeringProven experience in heavy industry or mining construction environmentsStrong background in project scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivery monitoringExperience preparing tender documentation and managing procurement processesExposure to contractor management and site-based execution activitiesDesirable: Project Management training or certification
