The Chance
Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager, you'll partner with aesthetic clinics throughout Melbourne's South East, helping customers maximise opportunities within their businesses while growing your own territory.
This is a consultative sales role where commercial success comes from building trusted relationships, providing clinical education and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory growth planGrow sales across established and prospective aesthetic clinicsBuild long-term relationships with cosmetic physicians, nurses and clinic ownersDeliver product education, demonstrations and in-clinic trainingIdentify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customersRepresent the company at workshops, educational meetings and industry eventsConsistently achieve and exceed territory sales objectives

About You
You'll be commercially driven, relationship focused and passionate about the aesthetics industry.
Your background may include:
Medical aesthetics or injectable salesCapital equipment or energy-based device salesProfessional skincare salesCosmetic nursing or injecting experience combined with robust commercial or business development skills
You'll also demonstrate:
Success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsStrong territory planning and account management capabilityThe ability to influence and educate healthcare professionalsA proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine customer focus
