The Opportunity:
Due to growth across the business,we currently have a new opportunity for an experiencedRehabilitationCounsellor or Psychologist looking for the next step in their careerand moving into Leadership.
Full induction, training, and buddy system provided to set you up for success.
Including weekly and monthly team meetings targeted at developing your exposure to differentpsychometricsassessments and interventions.
In your newroleyou will manage ateamofboth experienced and new starter consultants to support the growth and development of your team.
You will receive support from both a Regional Manager and a Divisional Manager tomaintainhigh-quality standards within your team.
We provide ongoing training to meet evolving customer expectations and ensure successful return-to-work outcomes.
Looking after ateam of rehab consultants, your day will include:




Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to consultants to enhance their skills and industry knowledgeMonitor individual and team KPIs to ensure targets are met consistentlyEnsure compliance with service level agreements and checking billingsConduct regular reviews of consultants' portfolios and strategies to ensure positive outcomesHold structured one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and development goals with each member of your teamon a monthly basisManage a small caseload to keep up to date with market changes and customer expectations

About You
Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation CounsellorOR AHPRA as a PsychologistPreviousexperience working in occupational rehabCar and valid Driver's licensePolice check or willingness to obtain apolicecheck prior to commencementAbility to build strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work in autonomously and as part of a team
