In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing commercial contracts, negotiations, and relationships across our construction projects.
You will play a critical part in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the commercial success of our organisation whilst working with a dynamic team on high-profile construction initiatives.Key responsibilitiesManaging and administering all commercial aspects of construction contracts, including variations, claims, and disputesNegotiating terms and conditions with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to protect company interestsPreparing and reviewing commercial documentation including tender submissions, contracts, and commercial proposalsMonitoring project budgets, expenditure, and cashflow forecasts to ensure financial targets are metIdentifying and managing commercial risks throughout the project lifecycleLiaising with project managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure commercial alignmentMaintaining detailed records of contractual obligations, payment schedules,
