We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from motivated and safety‐focused Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisors for upcoming shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance projects in the mining and heavy industrial sector, around the Gladstone region.
These opportunities involve major maintenance campaigns and shutdown activities with leading clients in safety‐critical environments.ResponsibilitiesProviding onsite health, safety, and environmental support during shutdown and maintenance activitiesConducting workplace inspections, audits, and safety observationsFacilitating pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefingsAssisting with risk assessments, JHAs, SWMS, and permit‐to‐work systemsInvestigating incidents, hazards, and near missesMonitoring compliance with site procedures and statutory requirementsSupporting injury management and return‐to‐work programsCoaching and mentoring supervisors and work crews on safe work practicesContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and positive safety outcomesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as an HSE Advisor within mining, shutdown, maintenance, construction,
