Reporting to a Multi Site Manager, day to day you will have a good level of autonomy over operations.Managing fleet and operator allocationMaximising productivity amongst the team - workshop, mechanics,



customer service and administrationManaging Client relationships - with high level communication providing timely updatesTroubleshooting any issues with client or equipmentSupporting the team to deliver high standards of customer service and operational performanceStreamlining Logistics, Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to maintain a smooth and productive workflowEnsuring all rental equipment is available, well-maintained, and safe to useAdministrative duties such as overseeing invoicing, hire documentation, and enforcing WHS complianceHours - 7am-5pmYou will haveDemonstrated experience in operations, fleet coordination, or equipment hire/logisticsStrong leadership and team development abilitiesSolid knowledge of heavy equipment operations and servicingExcellent communication and customer relationship skillsProficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling toolsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and time managementThe role has both fast paced and busy periods as well as quieter periods so someone who can operate well with both style of workA proactive mindset and able to 'close the loop' and keep clients informed
