Tony Cook Building Design is seeking an experienced and dedicated Building Designer/Revit Drafter to join our professional team on a full-time basis, creating detailed technical drawings and models for residential properties.Duties & responsibilities:Provide preliminary designs and working drawings for residential project homes, one-off designs, renovations, duplexes, and multi-residence dwellingsAttend job consultations and meetings with clients and buildersOversee the completion of documentation and timely submissions of Residential Building ApprovalsLiaise with the councils and other relevant authoritiesCheck over your own work for accuracyExperience & attributes:Minimum of 10 years' experience working with ANZ building standards and codes (BCA)Over 10 years' experience and knowledge of RevitSound structural knowledge and design abilityFull Australian working rights & residenceProactive and confident approach to workAbility to show initiative and ensure work is completed to requisite standardsBenefits on offer:Available parking at our primary siteGreat variety of drafting projects in the residential sectorCareer progression opportunities, including leadershipTraining and upscalingAbout us:Established in ****, Tony Cook Building Design's main focus is the residential market, working on everything from project housing to one off multi-million dollar current homes, renovations, and designs.
