Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D;, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing,



and Commercial teams.Engage customers with technical expertise and presentations.Support product development, validation, and launch readiness.Represent company in industry events and scientific forums.What Makes You the Right FitPhD in Microbiology, Nutrition Science, Biology, or related field.Minimum 15 years experience in probiotics, dietary supplements, or food/nutrition.Proven leadership managing teams of 10+.
Strong expertise in microbiome science and applications.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English.MBA or business training is a plus.How Would You Stand Out?
