Renowned for its collaborative culture, high-quality work and commitment to developing its people, this firm offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Canberra office.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Legal Secretary to support a busy team across a range of commercial practice areas.Working closely with experienced legal professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while providing high-quality administrative and legal support.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing legal documents, correspondence and reportsManaging diaries, meetings and travel arrangementsLiaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional mannerMonthly billing and trust account administrationManaging electronic files and document management systemsAssisting with finance-related documentation and file administrationProviding general office support, including reception cover and court filing when requiredAbout YouYou are a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.To be successful, you will have:Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within a law firmStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word,
