We're currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our dedicated Altona North team on the PM shift.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, great conditions, and the chance to be part of a high-performing logistics operation that connects customers across Australia.About the RoleAs a Forklift Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring freight is loaded, unloaded, and handled safely and efficiently.
You'll work collaboratively within our operations team to support interstate and regional freight movements.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely load and unload palletised freight from trucks and containersMove, stack, and store freight with accuracy and careInspect load restraints, packaging, and freight condition before dispatchReport any damages or equipment faults immediatelyPalletise and prepare freight for travel where requiredEnsure safety, compliance, and quality standards are always metWork effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational targetsOvertime opportunities available as neededWhat You'll BringValid Forklift License (LF) – essentialMinimum 2 years' experience in a transport environmentExperience working in a linehaul environment highly regardedExperience operating long-Tyne forklifts highly regardedProven ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-based environmentKnowledge of load restraint and Dangerous Goods handling desirableStrong commitment to safety and WHS complianceExcellent attitude, reliability,
