About the RoleThe Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties.
They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.DutiesConduct structured training for crew membersDeliver individual coaching & mentoring sessionsDevelop shift plansMonitor production controlsComplete business reporting for sales, service & safetyMaintain profitability by closely monitoring costsManage all shift safety & hygiene requirementsSkills & ExperienceRetail or Hospitality leadership experience preferableExceptional organisational & time management skillsProven ability to adapt and learn quicklyManagement Training PlanIf successful – you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.Week 1 to 6 – Crew Station TrainingWeek 7 to 11 – Leadership/Management TrainingWeek 12 – CertificationWhat's great about working at Hungry Jack's?
