Job Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our #AAA Port Macquarie team.
In this role you will:
Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career OTs, alongside operational support.
Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings.
Assess participants with complex emotional, cognitive, developmental, and physical needs
Use clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
Support team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance

Qualifications
Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying recent ideas
Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
