You will play a key role in shaping how we present ourselves to our people, clients and the communities in which we operate.This is a diverse and hands-on role that combines strategy, creativity and execution.
From overseeing digital marketing campaigns and website content through to managing company communications, events, sponsorships and branding initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the business.The RoleReporting to the General Manager and Executive Team, your key responsibilities will include:Develop and deliver marketing initiatives that support business growth, brand awareness and customer engagementManage and strengthen the Watters brand across all locations and communication channelsLead our website,



social media presence and digital marketing activitiesCreate engaging content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, company updates and online platformsDrive customer, employee and community engagement through effective communications and storytellingCoordinate internal communications, employee engagement initiatives and major company announcementsPlan and promote company events, trade shows, sponsorships and community partnershipsMonitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and resultsBuild and maintain relationships with external agencies, media contacts and marketing suppliersProvide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support future business growthWork closely with teams across the business to ensure consistent messaging, branding and presentationAbout YouYou are a creative thinker, strong communicator and self-starter who brings ideas, energy and initiative.
