Azure Cloud Managed Services Support Lead - Major BankA major bank is currently seeking an Azure Cloud Managed Services Support Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.
Role can be based in Sydney or Melb.
2 days a week in the office.Looking for an experienced Azure Technical lead to drive operations at scale- maintain service levels for critical workloads, end-to-end support of business and customer facing public cloud hosted applications and ensures that the support team are fit-for-purpose.Responsibilities:Own service stability in a 24x7 operations workplace, managing incidents, problem management and ITSM targets end-to-endMaintain strong Azure security, compliance and cost practices, supporting automated microservices and infrastructure environmentsLead service improvement through automation, optimisation and continuous enhancement of customer experienceProvide technical leadership by mentoring the L2 CMS team and resolving complex cross-platform service issuesEngage stakeholders and suppliers,



supporting delivery handovers, capacity planning and driving a strong one-team, ITIL-aligned cultureKey Skills / Experience:5+ years' experience in Azure, with strong capability across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environmentsExperience in technical leadership, mentoring offshore teams and managing stakeholder engagement and prioritiesDeep experience with Kubernetes and microservices, ideally deploying on AKS using HelmStrong understanding of observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Azure Monitor, with solid troubleshooting capabilityStrong terraformIf interested please respond ASAP with your latest resumeBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
