Now, we want to take what we have built and grow it to another level.Why this opportunity stands outThis is a hands‐on executive role with real influence.You will report directly to the CEO, operate as part of the Executive Leadership Team and help shape:The Group's marketing and growth strategyFuture products, offers and customer journeysThe channels and customer segments we pursueThe agencies, specialists and capabilities we invest inThe continued growth of our digital and software‐enabled service modelYou will not simply inherit a finished plan and administer it.
You will help decide where the opportunities are and how we pursue them.The roleWe are looking for a commercially minded marketing and growth leader who understands how to turn stronger ideas, better offers and effective campaigns into measurable sales growth.This is a senior role, but it remains hands‐on.You will stay close to the offers, creative, campaigns, funnels, conversion data and customer journey.
You may present strategy to the Executive Leadership Team one day and review a VSL, strengthen an offer or analyse funnel performance the next.Hands‐on does not mean doing every task yourself.
It means understanding the work deeply enough to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, make sound decisions and step into execution when required.What you will ownYour focus will be the full customer journey, including:Qualified lead and appointment growthLead quality and lead‐to‐sale conversionSocial and digital acquisitionAgency leadership and accountability, ensuring external partners deliver against agreed commercial outcomesReferral‐partner channel performance, including lead quality, conversion and returnRetargeting, MOFU and BOFU campaignsOffer development and testingFunnels, VSLs and webinarsEmail, SMS and database marketingContent distribution and podcast utilisationCustomer segmentation, retention and ascensionNew products, channels and digital experiencesYou will use marketing, sales, customer and user data to identify where the next growth opportunities exist.You should understand concepts such as self‐liquidating funnels, tripwire and low‐ticket offers, one‐time offers, upsells and low‐ticket‐to‐high‐ticket ascension.Your immediate prioritiesYour initial focus will be to:Increase qualified lead and appointment volumeStrengthen social acquisition, retargeting and nurtureBuild a faster, more disciplined approach to creative,
audience and offer testingImprove commercial reporting across marketing and salesIdentify opportunities within our existing customer and prospect dataDevelop and begin implementing a practical Group growth planSuccess will be measured by how effectively marketing contributes to sales, customer value and sustainable growth, not simply by cheaper leads.The person we are looking forYou are likely to be a strong fit if you:Have senior B2C direct‐response or growth marketing experienceHave managed significant marketing or customer‐acquisition investmentUnderstand offers, funnels, online sales and conversionHave grown acquisition through social and digital channelsHave proven experience across Meta, TikTok and broader digital acquisitionBring strong direct‐response copywriting skills across advertising, offers, scripts and conversion assetsCan confidently direct, challenge and hold external agencies accountableCan connect marketing performance to actual salesHave strong creative judgement across UGC, advertising, hooks and offersUnderstand CRM, email, SMS and database marketingAre confident operating at Executive Leadership Team and Board levelCan set strategy while remaining willing to work through the detailExperience with high‐ticket services, financial services, referral‐partner channels, app marketing, software‐enabled services or recurring‐revenue models would be highly regarded.You will care about brand, visual quality and customer experience without allowing perfectionism to slow testing and progress.You will be comfortable working with a lean internal team, contributing personally and using external specialists where they create value.A genuinely adaptable executive roleThis is a 90% work‐from‐home position.We come together at our Liverpool, NSW office approximately two days each month for leadership meetings, planning and collaboration.Sydney‐based candidates are preferred.The role includes an attractive executive remuneration package, plus participation in the company's Executive Leadership Team performance bonus.
