This has resulted in the creation of a highly modular and scalable product suite, which have become integral to a wide range of critical Defence capabilities.The PositionWe are seeking a Supply Support Officer with Defence Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience for a position at our headquarters in Canberra within the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team.
Your role will include performing tasks and activities associated with Materiel Codification Catalogue (MC CAT) that support management, codification and cataloguing of CEA items of supply delivered to the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
This opportunity will require user access to the approved Defence Enterprise Resource (ERP) programs through the Defence Protected Network (DPN).
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for performing supply support functions, including:asset stocktaking activities in accordance with the Commonwealth stocktaking planensuring equipment on charge is used with due economy and for the purpose for which it was issuedensuring equipment is suitably and safely stored, is in a serviceable condition and has not been subject to unauthorised modificationensuring equipment on temporary issue (loan) are returned by due date and equipment is inspected,



with defects and deficiencies reported for rectification actionreceipting and issuing items to and from Storage Location-Stock (SLOCs)raising movement requisition orders for freightliaising with Commonwealth representatives with regard to ERP functionsYou will also be responsible for performing codification and cataloguing functions, including:Coordinating codification and cataloguing of new of modified CEA Items of Supply (IOS) identified in project Codification Data Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)Submitting requests for new NATO Stock Numbers (NSN) to the National Codification Bureau (NCB) using the MC CAT tool available on the DPNPerforming cataloguing functions using ERP available on the DPNMaintaining ERP Global Catalogue management data for CEA associated NSNsEnsuring manufacturer / supplier NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code details are correct and up to dateLiaising with Commonwealth representatives to provide information that will assist in establishing ERP inventory records including External Purchase Orders (EPO)Six weeks of paid annual leave per yearSuperannuation of 14.0%Free car parkingPaid parental, compassionate, defence reserve & voluntary emergency services leaveEmployee assistance and wellbeing programsAccess to health insurance for the defence community, partners and familiesSalary packaging for novated leasingOpportunities for professional growth and developmentOur Ideal CandidateBasic to intermediate level of competency with Defence ERP programsBasic to intermediate level of competency with Microsoft Office programsStrong written, verbal and presentation skillsExceptional attention to detailAustralian Defence Force (ADF) logistics experience (commercial or uniform) is desirableUnderstanding of DEF-AUST ****C,
