As Clinic Manager at Rumbalara Medical Clinic, you'll lead the daily operations of a vibrant, community-focused health service dedicated to delivering culturally safe, high-quality care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
This role isn't just about managing a clinic—it's about empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and improving community health outcomes.
You'll collaborate with passionate health professionals, support staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and continues to be a trusted space for our mob to receive the care they deserve.About YouYou're a strong,



culturally grounded leader who thrives in energetic environments.
You bring clinical or management expertise and are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.To succeed in this role, you'll bring:A Certificate IV or Diploma in Leadership and Management or Practice ManagementA professional background as a Registered Nurse (RN), Allied Health Professional, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, or similarExperience managing a clinic—ideally within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO)In-depth knowledge of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the social determinants of healthThe ability to lead with cultural sensitivity, maintain confidentiality, and prioritise tasks under pressureStrong decision-making skills, team leadership experience, and the confidence to guide RACGP accreditation processesWhat We Offer:Competitive pay and conditions based on the ACCHS Award Administrative Grade 7 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
